Stage Of Life

The BBQ we had planned 2-3 yrs ago finally happened. This time round, its just us 4 gals and partners.

My task was simple, I was being asked by them to fried Von's Bee Hoon...*ha ha*. Very simple ingredients which consists of Can Stewed Meat, Chinese Mushroom, Crab Stick, carrots. The cooking just took about 20 mins. In no time, me and Ben left our house and make our way to Bukit Butok. Oh yes, this is going to be a very costly BBQ cos the journey to and fro cost about $30+.

No one was at Emm's plc when we reached. As usual Cat and Ivan will be late. We hanged around and watched TV while waiting for the rest to come. Cat and Ivan finally arrived but Cat did not buy my favourite OTAK. She did not reserve the fresh one so end up bought the frozen one from NTUC. *SO SAD*, Otak is my favourite BBQ food and I gonna missed that!!

Ben and Ivan went out to collect Satay and Emm, HQ, Cat and me played MJ (majong). All the gals here love to play MJ but all amateur players. And don't expect us to gamble lots of $. We only playing like ten-twenty cents. *hahahah*..think the expert will hate playing with us. We even have problem identifying where to take and draw our cards. We are that bad ok. Fortunately HQ is around. If not think we can never start the game.

BBQ start at around 6. As usual the guys will set up the fire and the gals help bring out the foods. We had chicken wings, pork chop, hot dogs...etc...u know the usual BBQ stuff and ya the unedible frozen otak *yeeks*. Pls my friend don't ever buy them. The Satay was Superd though!! The sauce even better..hee...Wow the thought of it now makes me hungry. Anyway the food was just nice. By the time Jessie came with her ice cream, we can hardly eat them. We continued our Mj while the guys watched soccer.

We ended about 12+ and by then rain starts again...drizzle...drizzle...drizzle...Zzzzz
